it was a fruitful trip! thanks to everyone who helped us along, one way or another.

it was a breather for me, taking a few days to reflect upon the year, both good and bad.

it was a very fulfilling day. we headed to shenzhen for some really affordable deals but it came to naught. nonetheless, we enjoyed the train ride.

we went to some really nice but secluded places and did a lot of shopping(and walking). yes i spent quite a bit today but all worth it, alright.

it was kind of an excitement plus anxiety for me. although some planning was done, it just felt weird not having someone to lead me on this trip. this is our first day in the hearty island of Hong Kong.

we roamed many streets and malls to find our shopping hot spots! i also tried the very traditional "gong zai min" and iced milk tea at the "cha can teng". very delicious!

the unbearable pain admitted me into the hospital. took a blood test and x-ray-ed my abdomen. thoughts of suspected internal bleeding went away after three hours of wait with a huge needle piercing through my vein(was almost on drip). thank God it was not a big issue. tested results were negative.
